For Halloween, I really want to be Marilyn Monroe. But, I don't want to use a wig. My hair is a rather dark blonde in comparison but close enough. I have long-ish hair that falls just below my shoulders. Would it be possible with this length hair without having to cut or perm my hair? And if so, how?
