selling first day issue of stamps?

I have many first day issued stamps in mint condition that I'd like to sell. Does anyone have any suggestions of where I could sell them online (other than Ebay or Amazon)? If not does anyone know of any dealers/collectors in Fort Worth? Thanks for the help!

I've never used it, so I can't say how reliable they are.

Avoiding wedding day issues

1. Having to sit at the back during the ceremony.
Almost seen as a ranking system to some, close relatives expect to seated be near to the front of the ceremony, with your closest friends behind them. You can avoid any serious problems by simply placing name cards on seats for people that you would like near the front.  Leave the other seats as unreserved for a first come first served basis.

2. Not knowing many people on your table.
You can spend days carefully planning the seating arrangements, and never be happy. Again, try to stick to nearest and dearest closest to the top table.
When you consider who is sitting next to who, ask yourself if you could see them having a good time together. People don't mind sitting next to strangers at your wedding meal if you think they will have a lot of common ground to start conversation.

3. There was too much waiting around during the day.
There can be certain times during the day, perhaps during the photographs, the meal, the evening when things can become a little quiet for the wedding guests, perhaps something people should not really complain about – but you would like them to enjoy each moment of the day too. So why not consider hiring a magician, or perhaps a caricaturist to keep the guests well  entertained during quiet periods in the wedding's timetable

4. The speeches were too long, or couldn't be heard properly.
The perfect speechs are long enough to cover the essentials, but short enough to keep people interested – like a mini skirt. (You can use that joke if you want!) Try and ensure your wedding venue has a microphone, that way people all over can hear each word.

5. The receiving line took forever to get through.
Keep the recieving line to the bride & groom and your parents lonly, don't worry too much about the best man or head bridesmaid, or maybe even just consider the newlyweds greeting the wedding guests instead (assuming that doesn't offend your parents.) Ask the best man to get the older and younger guests to line up first, so they can get seated and relax.

6. The Weding DJ was too loud.
Ensure your <a href="http://www.essexweddingservices.com/essex-wedding-dj/">mobile disco</a> has plenty of experience playing wedding receptions, try not to book a DJ on price alone, you will end up regretting it. A wedding DJ is often the entertainment for the entire evening, so you want one who knows what they're doing. Also try and find a venue with a quiet area older wedding guests.

7. The parents friends weren't invited.
You may want a small, intimate wedding, yet your parents have helped by contributing to the costx and may expect you to invite a distant relative, or their friend who's possibly known you since you were a baby (but of course you've not spoken to since). It's a tough subject, so tread very carefully when discussing with your parents. Perhaps agree on an evening invitation as a compromise.

8. We didn't get a chance to speak to the bride or groom.
During the periods between courses of the meal, try and make an effort between you, that you pay a quick visit to each table, the wedding guests will enjoy the attention and should appreciate that you've tried to made the effort and share a conversation with them. They should understand that it's your wedding day and the need for you to keep mingling.

9. Paying for your own drinks.
Anyone who decided to moan about paying for a drink at your wedding, can go straight home - Fact. If you're lucky enough that your wedding budget stretches to a free bar, then great. If it doesn't, then the other options are to consider maybe just paying for wine & beer, subsidise the bar costs, or maybe even just have an hour when you buy your guests a drink each. Don not be pressured into spending a fortune on a free bar for everyone.

10. No thanks for the wedding gift!
Shame on you if you accept a wedding gift and fail to say thank you even verbally.  Buy your thank you cards well before the wedding, and write them out shortly after returning from your honeymoon. Try to mention the gift each individual bought you, and post them out as soon as you can.

Hopefully these little tips and ideas will help you in avoiding or upsetting any wedding guests.
