Ok, small town in Australia, recently the me and the lads at school have been spending our lunchtimes passing a gridiron ball across the field, and considering playing a few short games

I only have a very vague understanding of how the game works, can someone point me to a youtube video or just simply explain everything I need to know to be a competent american footballer?

This isn't a full set of rules but should help you understand the game and play and enjoyable one
